Job Summary

The NYSC Site Engineering Intern assists in supervising construction activities, monitoring site progress, and ensuring projects are executed according to engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the site engineer in supervising daily construction activities.


• Support site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.


• Help monitor quality of materials and workmanship on site.


• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly site reports.


• Participate in measurements and documentation of project progress.


• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines on construction sites.


• Provide general technical support to the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Current NYSC Corps Member.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline.


• Basic understanding of construction processes.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Willingness to work on construction sites and learn from experienced engineers.
